Betroot Banana pancake as i would like to call it:) is made with Sprouted Wheat Flour and Sprouted Ragi Flour. Goodness of plants and sprouted grains all in one!


1 Cup Organic Sprouted Wheat Flour (click to buy) .
1/2 cup Organic Sprouted Ragi Flour (click to buy)
1/2 table spoon Palm Sugar (click to buy)
1/2 Tea spoon Baking powder
1/4 Tea spoon Baking Soda
1 Table Spoon Olive Oil
1 Organic pureed Banana
1/2 cup extracted organic betroot juice
1/2 cup Laban or water to get consistency for pancake.


In a large bowl, sift together olive oil, palm sugar, pureed banana, betroot juice, water/laban as the case may be. Add flours, baking powder and baking soda to the blend and mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
