250 Gm buckwheat flour

2 small ripe banana or 1 bug ripe banana

1 tbspn sugar

1 cup curd to mix

1/4 tspn baking powder

2 tspn roasted sesame

Pinch of salt

Coconut oil to deep fry




Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead well. Leave it for 15 mins.


In a cast iron pan heat the coconut oil. Make sure it’s fully hot


Take a small ball of the dough. Apply oil on your palm. Tap the dough flat using your other palm. Use a cutter to give it desired shape.


Dip it in hot oil. Deep fry it.


Enjoy with chutney or sauce
