1 cup Kodo millet cooked with 2 cups water
Home set curd to add. Keep adding as per your liking.
Salt to taste
Tadka for curd rice
1 tbspn organic cold pressed groundnut oil
1 tspn organic Chana dal
1 tbspn organic urad dal
1 tspn orgsnic mustard seeds
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
6 to 7 curry leaves
2 to 4 organic whole red chillies
Heat oil. Add organic mustard seeds & let them splutter. Then add Chana dal & urad dal & organic whole red chilli.
Add curry leaves.
Sauté until curry leaves turn crispy.
Switch off the gas.
Pour Tadka on curd rice. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
