HOW TO COOK?
Soak rice in water for at least 5 to 6 hours to get great
results. The water turns black in color which is totally normal .
You can use the same water while cooking rice as it contains
anti oxidant and anthocyanin which helps you to stay healthy.
Boil rice in water in ratio two parts of water for one cup of rice.
A spoonful of black rice bran contains more health promoting anthocyanin antioxidants than in a spoonful of blueberries, but with less sugar, more fiber and Vitamin E antioxidants.
