Dosa making made totally easy with Sprouted Multi Pulse Dosa Mix. Quick and simple steps and your Dosa is ready.


4 Table Spoon Organic Sprouted Multi Pulse Dosa Mix (click to buy) . 4 Table spoon dosa makes upto 6 to 8 dosas.
1 teaspoon Black Salt (Click to buy) or pink salt.
1 1/2 cup water
1 Tea spoon Cold Pressed Coconut Oil (click to buy) or 1 Table spoon melted butter to cook the dosa on pan.

Optional – Chopped vegetables like onion, tomoto, spinach, brocolli, coriandere, chillies can also be added. Make sure to chop them fine.


Combine all the above ingredeints in a bowl and mix well in consistency equivalent to pancake.  Let the mix settle for 10 minutes or if you like it fermented you can leave it for 5-6 hours.

Heat the pan and smear the pan with few drop of oil. Add a spoonful of batter to the pan and immediately twist so the batter coats the base and slips up the edges. Sprinkle few drops of oil at the edges. As soon as the moisture on top starts to cook away and there are lots of bubbles,  loosely roll up the dosa in the pan and you’re ready to go. Delicious served with minted yoghurt, chutney and wedges of lime for squeezing over.
