2 Tbsp Sprouted Ragi Flour (click to buy)
¾ cup Water
1.5 cups Ragi Milk (Learn how to prepare below)
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder/ nuts powder
2 Tbsp Organic Palm Sugar (click to buy)
1 Tsp Organic Honey (optional)
Step 1. Measure ragi flour and cocoa powder/nuts powder. Take the ragi flour in a sauce pan, add ¾ cup of water. Mix it well with a whisk to ensure no lumps.
Step 2. Cook the ragi flour in low flame for 8-10 minutes or until its thick and shiny. Switch off the flame once done and cool it down completely.
Step 3. Once the ragi is completely cooled down, add it to a blender along with Ragi milk, honey and palm sugar.
Step 4. Blend everything together to a smooth paste, pour it in glasses and serve.

2 cups Water
- Soak whole ragi in fresh water over night.
- In the morning, blend the soaked ragi into a fine paste.
- Add 2 cups water to the paste and mix it well.
- Filter the mix in a strainer.
- Ragi Milk is ready.
