1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tbspn organic jaggery (it can be lesser also)
1 tbspn organic desiccated coconut (you can use fresh coconut )
Powdered organic Cardamom 1 tspn
1 tbspn water
Cowghee for cooking pancake
Blend coconut & water in a blender jar. Once it’s blended well add buckwheat flour. Blend again.
Pour it into a bowl. Add jaggery & cardamom powder. Add water to make it pancake batter consistency.
Pour on the cast iron. Liberally spread ghee in it and around it.
