ACCOUNT INFORMATION & PROTECTION

4. Errors may occur while providing price & product information on the website/online. In such case, we will contact you seeking your consent to replace/refund the product/amount or at our sole discretion may choose to cancel the order & notify you accordingly.
5. If we cancel the order, your amount will be reversed back to your credit/debit card account within 24hrs.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS, ACCEPTANCE& RETURNS OR REFUNDS:

1. Customer reserves the rights to cancel an order.
2. Order cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch or order processed by us, we will refund the customer their entire amount.
3. Order cancelled after it’s processed or dispatched to their location, customer will be charged 50% of the value of the order.
4. In case of order value less than 50 AED, we reserve the rights to refuse or cancel the order. However, in such situation, we will inform the customer by phone.
5. Customer should be present at the time of accepting the order. He/she should duly check & accept the order.
6. Customer should immediately inform the delivery staff in case he/she is unsatisfied with the products, quality & delivery delays.
7. We reserve the rights to limit the quantities per order or transaction.
8. If customer provides wrong address & if delivered by us to this address, customer will be charged 35 AED for return of the order.
9. For your refund, please call up or send a message to the store. Your query will be looked into & if found valid, your refund or return will be processed. To avail this facility you must communicate with your bill/invoice number to the store. Without the bill/invoice number, we will not accept any such claims.
10. Refunds will be made in equivalent amount as per the purchase. Mode of refund will be as per the mode in which customer had purchased i.e. either through cash or credit card.
11. Refunds/returns must be claimed within 3 days of the purchase.

DELIVERY COSTS :

Cost of door to door delivery will be as per specified in the website. This amount may vary occasionally as per our sole discretion.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Though we make sure that the delivery of purchased products shall be delivered on time.
No claim, penalties, refunds or part refund against us in case of delays in delivery or error in delivery.
