Ingredients:

1/2 cup Organic fennel seeds

1 teaspoon Organic sunflower seeds   

1 teaspoon Organic pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon Organic jaggery powder


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the organic fennel seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and jaggery powder.

  2. Stir the ingredients together until they are evenly combined. Ensure that the jaggery powder is well distributed throughout the mixture.

  3. Transfer the prepared mukhwas into an airtight container to maintain their freshness and flavour.
