Product description
FOUR COLOURS. FOUR REASONS
Most farms grow orange carrots because one variety is simpler. We grow 4 — purple, yellow, orange, and white — because each color contains a different set of antioxidants. That is not a visual decision. It is a nutritional one.
- Purple → anthocyanins (cardiovascular and cognitive health)
- Yellow → lutein and xanthophyll (eye health, macular protection)
- Orange → beta-carotene (Vitamin A — 93% of daily need per 100g)
- White → polyacetylenes and dietary fibre (anti-inflammatory, digestive health)
One 500g bag covers all four profiles. No other carrot does that.
FROM UAE FARMS — HARVESTED AT PEAK MATURITY
Our rainbow carrots are grown locally in the UAE and harvested at the point of maximum sweetness and nutritional density. The result is a carrot that is naturally crunchy, noticeably sweeter than imported varieties, and requires no added sugar to taste satisfying in any preparation.
Supplied without leaves — a deliberate quality choice that extends crispness by preventing moisture loss from the root after harvest.
HOW TO USE THEM
- Raw: slice into sticks for hummus, labneh, or tahini dipping. The color contrast makes an immediate visual impact on any mezze platter.
- Roasted: halve or leave whole. Toss with cold-pressed olive oil, cumin, and a little honey. Roast at 200°C for 25–30 minutes. The natural sugars caramelize differently in each color — the result is a complex, beautiful side dish.
- Juiced: blend all four together. Naturally sweet, full-spectrum antioxidants. Add fresh ginger and lemon for a morning juice that genuinely covers multiple nutritional bases at once.
- Soups and stews: add at the start of cooking. The four varieties together create a richer, deeper broth than single-variety carrots.
- For children: the colors make raw carrots immediately appealing — no persuasion needed.

STORAGE
Refrigerate, loosely wrapped in a damp paper towel, in an airtight container. Keeps crisp 10–14 days. Keep away from apples and bananas — ethylene gas causes carrots to turn bitter.
