Product description
Lemongrass is the backbone of South-East Asian cooking — a tall, fibrous grass with a clean, lemony-citrus fragrance and a subtle gingery warmth. Fresh stalks deliver an aroma and brightness that dried lemongrass and jarred pastes cannot replicate.
HOW IT IS USED
Lemongrass is an aromatic, used to flavour rather than eaten whole. The tender lower stalk is finely chopped or pounded into pastes and curries; the tougher upper stalk is bruised and steeped in soups, broths and teas, then removed before serving.
SOURCED FROM INDIA
Grown in India and air-freighted to the UAE so it arrives fragrant and fresh. [Confirm farm and any organic certification with supplier before using in live copy.]
