Description
Sugar is one of the key ingredients in cooking. Our sulphurless sugar is produced without sulphination process. The regular white sugar is produced by following double sulphitation method which uses highly toxic SO2 gas and thus the sulphur content in the final product varies in between 20-70 ppm or sometimes more. In sulphurless sugar, the sulphur content is less than 5 ppm thus making it safer to use.
