Our local buffalo milk comes from buffalos that eat organic grass and dried forages. The result is milk that is naturally
nutritious.
When buffalo are fed the diet they evolved to eat, the
end result is healthier farms, healthier animals, and healthier dairy products.
Cooking Instructions:
Boil the milk until it rises. Once it cools down you can store it in fridge upto 4 days.
To get thick malai, keep the milk in fridge without
closing the lid when the milk is slightly warm
Kindly note buffalo milk will be delivered once a week on Tuesday only. Abudhabi/Sharjah Remote Area deliveries will be on Wednesdays
The minimum order is AED 50 with a standard delivery charge of Aed 5. If less than AED 50, there is a standard delivery charge of AED 10. Self
pick up option is available if you do not meet the minimum.
