HOW TO SELECT & STORE
Important: because they are already peeled, keep these refrigerated and sealed, and use within a few days of delivery (shorter than whole onions).
Do not store at room temperature once peeled.
If you see excess moisture, pat dry before use.
For longer storage, peeled onions can be chopped and frozen.
