- Store: keep cool in the bag; best within 2-3 days.
- Freeze: pita freezes well - warm from frozen.

- Stuffed: open the pocket and fill with falafel, shawarma, grilled veg or salad.
- Dips: tear or toast and scoop hummus, baba ganoush, muhammara and labneh.
