1 cup brewing guide:
In a French press or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) of Chaga Powder Tea with 1 cup of boiling water.
You can mix Chaga with other herbs, tea, coffee, or cacao, plant-based milk of natural sweeteners (as desired)
Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes to extract all the beneficial compounds.
Recommended daily intake: 1-2 cups per day, gradually increasing if desired (maximum of 3-4 cups per day).
Quantity: Each pack contains 100g, providing 20 servings of Chaga Tea.
Note: Chaga Powder tea is not dissolvable and should be strained.
