ROOTZ ORGANICS ROTATE YOUR MILLETS (SIRIDHANYA) COMBO PACK
This combo pack brings together five organic Siridhanya millets — the small, ancient, naturally gluten-free grains that were staples long before modern cereals. The idea is simple: rotate a different millet through your week for variety in flavour, texture and everyday meals.
WHAT'S IN THE PACK
- Little Millet (Samai / Kutki) — 500g
- Foxtail Millet (Thinai / Korra) — 500g
- Kodo Millet (Kodra / Arikelu) — 500g
- Barnyard Millet (Sanwa / Oodalu) — 500g
- Browntop Millet (Andu Korralu) — 250g
Total: 2.25kg of organic millets.
WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL
Millets are wholegrains that are naturally gluten-free and generally rich in fibre and minerals. Each variety has its own character — from the delicate little millet to the nutty foxtail — so a combo lets you explore and rotate them across dishes you'd normally make with rice.

- Use a dry spoon; reseal after use.
- Use within the best-before date on each pack.
HOW TO USE
Millets are versatile wholegrains - cook them much like rice, UAE and international.
- As millet rice: rinse, then cook (roughly 1 part millet to 2–2.5 parts water) until soft and fluffy; serve in place of rice with curries, dals and stir-fries.
- Porridge: simmer soft in milk or water, sweet or savoury.
- Upma & pongal: cook into savoury breakfast dishes with vegetables and spices.
- Khichdi: cook with dal and vegetables for a one-pot meal.
- Salads & bowls: cool cooked millet and toss into grain salads and buddha bowls.
- Rotate: use a different millet each day of the week for variety.
Tip: soaking 4–6 hours (or overnight) softens millets and shortens cooking.

It simply means using a different millet through your week rather than eating the same grain every day, for variety in flavour, texture and your meals. Each of the five millets has its own character, so the combo makes it easy to explore and alternate between them
